Also in HK : As some families are stuffed inside tiny appartments a lot of highrise buildings are constructed on top of stilts along the slopes. A lot of space is being wasted underneath (not to mention the aweful appearance). Why can't this spaces become useful for same small enterprises i mentioned earlier ? AJ
