that will change once there is better access to communication. mind you.. it's not just the hardware, but the network infrastructure. i even believe that there will be a much faster rate of adoption of new technology in developing areas if this leads to better, faster and more affordable connectivity. AJ
ReplyDeleteI would argue that the concept of 'network infrastucture' might go through a radical change - our needs for tech as we know it may not be the same.
